摘　　要：探讨显微手术治疗对破裂脑动脉瘤的临床效果及生活质量影响。选取2022年3月―2024年5月间中国人民解放军北部战区总医院收治的79例破裂脑动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,用投掷硬币法将其分为参照组和研究组两组,参照组(n=39)接受血管介入治疗,研究组(n=40)接受显微手术治疗,对比两组治疗结果。研究结果显示,研究组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05);手术后,研究组患者血清中炎性因子水平显著低于参照组(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05);手术后,研究组NIHSS评分显著低于参照组,BI评分、GOS评分及各项GQOL-74评分均显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,显微手术治疗能够减轻破裂脑动脉瘤患者的炎性应激反应,改善患者的神经功能和生活质量,临床应用价值高。To explore the clinical efficacy and quality of life impact of microsurgical treatment on ruptured cerebral aneurysms.Seventy nine patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysms admitted to the General Hospital of the Northern Theater Command from March 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the reference group and the study group by tossing a coin.The reference group(=39)received vascular intervention treatment,and the study grou p(=40)received microsurgical treatment.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(<0.05);After surgery,the levels of inflammatory factors in the serum of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(>0.05);After surgery,the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,while the BI score,GOS score,and various GQOL-74 scores were significantly higher than those of the reference group(<0.05).Research has found that microsurgical treatment can alleviate the inflammatory stress response in patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysms,improve their neurological function and quality of life,and has high clinical application value.
