广西灵山地区体检人群高脂血症、高血糖、高尿酸血症的检出率分析

摘　　要：分析广西灵山地区某医院体检人群高脂血症、高血糖、高尿酸血症的检出率。选取2023年1月―12月灵山县人民医院健康管理中心体检的4678例体检者,对比不同性别、不同年龄体检者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FPG)的异常检出率。结果显示,在4678名体检人员中,TC、TG、HDL、LDL的异常检出率分别为15%、20%、22%、4%,FPG的异常检出率为5%,UA的异常检出率为25%;男性TG、HDL、UA异常检出率显著高于女性(P<0.05);不同年龄段体检人员TC、TG、HDL、LDL、FPG、UA异常检出率差异显著,总体随年龄增长呈现出上升的趋势(P<0.05)。研究发现,广西灵山县高脂血症、高血糖、高尿酸血症检出率随着年龄增长呈现增高趋势,且男性的检出率普遍高于女性,早期诊断和个性化治疗方案的制定将有助于改善患者的预后。To analyze the detection rates of hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,and hyperuricemia among the population undergoing physical examinations at a hospital in Lingshan,Guangxi.Select 4678 individuals who underwent physical examinations at the Health Management Examination Center of Lingshan County People's Hospital from January to December 2023,and compare the abnormal detection rates of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),uric acid(UA),and fasting blood glucose(FPG)among individuals of different genders and ages.The results showed that among 4678 physical examination personnel,the abnormal detection rates of TC,TG,HDL,and LDL were 15%,20%,22%,and 4%,respectively.The abnormal detection rate of FPG was 5%,and the abnormal detection rate of UA was 25%;The detection rate of abnormal TG,HDL,and UA in males is significantly higher than that in females(<0.05);The abnormal detection rates of TC,TG,HDL,LDL,FPG,and UA among physical examination personnel of different age groups showed significant differences,and overall showed an upward trend with age(<0.05).Research has found that the detection rates of hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,and hyperuricemia in Lingshan County,Guangxi increase with age,and the detection rates in males are generally higher than those in females.Early diagnosis and personalized treatment plans will help improve the prognosis of patients.
