肺结核患者营养饮食状况与胃肠不良反应的关系分析

摘　　要：分析肺结核患者营养饮食状况与胃肠不良反应之间关系。以271例初治肺结核患者为研究对象,患者均接受FDC-2HRZE/4HR持续治疗,根据治疗期间是否出现胃肠道不良反应分为无胃肠反应组和胃肠反应组。比较两组的一般资料、营养不良和营养素摄入量不达标情况,并将年龄、营养不良和营养素摄入量不达标比例与胃肠不良反应发生率作相关性分析。结果显示,胃肠反应发生率为21.03%;与无胃肠反应组相比,胃肠反应组年龄较大,营养不良和营养素摄入量不达标的比例较高(P<0.05);肺结核患者胃肠不良反应发生率与年龄增长、营养不良、营养素摄入量不达标呈正相关(P<0.05),且这些因素均为独立影响因素(P<0.05)。研究发现,肺结核患者的胃肠不良反应与年龄增长、营养不良、营养素摄入量不达标密切相关,因此抗结核治疗的同时应注意营养支持。To analyze the relationship between the nutritional and dietary status of tuberculosis patients and gastrointestinal adverse reactions.271 patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the research subjects,all of whom received continuous treatment with FDC-2HRZE/4HR.They were divided into a group without gastrointestinal reactions and a group with gastrointestinal reactions based on whether gastrointestinal adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period.Compare the general information,malnutrition,and inadequate nutrient intake between two groups,and conduct a correlation analysis between age,malnutrition,and inadequate nutrient intake rates and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.The results showed that the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions was 21.03%;Compared with the group without gastrointestinal reactions,the age of the gastrointestinal reaction group was older,and the proportion of malnutrition and inadequate nutrient intake was higher(<0.05);The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in tuberculosis patients is positively correlated with age,malnutrition,and inadequate nutrient intake(<0.05),and these factors are all independent influencing factors(<0.05).Research has found that gastrointestinal adverse reactions in tuberculosis patients are closely related to aging,malnutrition,and inadequate nutrient intake.Therefore,nutritional support should be paid attention to while treating tuberculosis.
