消毒供应中心质量管理对手术室器械清洗包装及细菌污染率的影响分析  

Analysis of the Impact of Quality Management in Disinfection Supply Center on the Cleaning and Packaging of Surgical Instruments and Bacterial Contamination Rate

摘　　要：分析消毒供应中心质量管理对手术室器械清洗包装及细菌污染率的影响。于2022年1月30日―2022年12月30日从复旦大学附属浦东医院消毒供应中心选取手术器械60件为观察组实施质量管理,另选60件为对照组实施常规管理,对比两组管理效果。研究结果显示,观察组手术器械清洗、包装、灭菌、发放合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组工作质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组细菌检测量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组管理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在手术室器械清洗包装中实施质量管理,能够降低细菌污染率,提高包装清洗合格率。To analyze the impact of quality management in the disinfection supply center on the cleaning,packaging,and bacterial contamination rate of surgical instruments.From January 30,2022 to December 30,2022,60 surgical instruments were selected from the Disinfection Supply Center of Fudan University Affiliated Pudong Medical Center as the observation group for quality management,and another 60 instruments were selected as the control group for routine management.The management effects of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that the qualified rate of surgical instrument cleaning,packaging,sterilization,and distribution in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(<0.05);The quality of work in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(<0.05);The bacterial detection level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(<0.05);The satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(<0.05).Research has found that implementing quality management in surgical instrument cleaning and packaging can reduce bacterial contamination rates and improve packaging cleaning qualification rates.
