摘　　要：探讨互联网+健康教练技术对老年高血压患者依从行为及血压控制的影响。选取莱阳市人民医院2023年1月—2024年3月收治的106例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以互联网+健康教练技术干预,对比两组患者的依从行为及血压控制效果。结果显示,观察组在遵医服药、合理饮食、适当运动、生活规律、按时复查等依从行为方面的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组的收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)水平均显著下降,且观察组SBP和DBP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对于老年高血压患者而言,应用互联网+健康教练技术能够提高其行为依从性,并有助于维持血压的稳定。To explore the effect of Internet+health coach technology on compliance behavior and blood pressure control of elderly patients with hypertension.Selecting 106 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to Laiyang People's Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received Internet plus health coach technical intervention on the basis of the control group.The compliance behavior and blood pressure control effect of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of compliance behaviors such as medication adherence,reasonable diet,appropriate exercise,regular lifestyle,and timely follow-up(<0.05);After intervention,the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in both groups significantly decreased,and the SBP and DBP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(<0.05).The study found that for elderly patients with hypertension,the application of Internet plus health coaching technology can improve their behavioral compliance and help maintain the stability of blood pressure.
