优质护理服务在儿童医院门诊预检分诊中的效果评价

摘　　要：研究优质护理服务在儿童医院门诊预检分诊中的应用效果。选取2022年1月―2022年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属儿童医院门诊预检分诊的310例患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与参照组,每组各155例。参照组实施常规预检分诊护理,试验组实施优质预检分诊护理,对比两组患儿家长的满意程度、挂号和等待时间、挂号错误率和退号率、护理差错事件发生情况。研究结果显示,试验组患儿家长的总满意度明显高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组的挂号用时和等待时间均明显低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组挂号错误率和退号率均明显低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组护理差错事件总发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,优质护理服务能显著提高门诊预检分诊患儿家长的满意程度,缩短患儿的挂号等候时间,减少挂号错误率和退号率,降低护理差错事件的发生率,具有临床推广价值。To study the application effect of high-quality nursing services in the pre screening and triage of outpatient clinics in children's hospitals.310 pediatric patients who underwent pre examination triage in the Outpatient Department of Shanghai Children's Hospital,School of Medicine,Shanghai Jiaotong University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a random number table method,with 155 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine pre examination triage nursing,while the experimental group implemented high-quality pre examination triage nursing.The satisfaction level,registration and waiting time,registration error rate and cancellation rate,and occurrence of nursing error events of the parents of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that the overall satisfaction of parents of children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(<0.05);The registration time and waiting time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(<0.05);The registration error rate and refund rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(<0.05);The total incidence of nursing error events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(<0.05).Research has found that high-quality nursing services can significantly improve the satisfaction of parents of pediatric patients in outpatient consultations,shorten the waiting time for registration,reduce the rates of registration errors and cancellations,and lower the incidence of nursing error events.This has clinical promotion value.
