体液免疫及细胞免疫功能检测对梅毒患者的诊断意义

摘　　要：探究体液免疫及细胞免疫功能检测对于梅毒诊断意义。选取2022年1月―2023年12月在正蓝旗人民医院就诊的56例疑似患有梅毒的患者作为研究对象,均采用体液免疫及细胞免疫功能检测,将荧光密螺旋体抗体吸收试验作为诊断金标准,分析诊断效果。结果显示,体液免疫、细胞免疫功能联合检测,对于梅毒实施疾病检测患者检出率显著高于体液免疫、细胞免疫功能单一检测(P<0.05);体液免疫、细胞免疫功能联合检测对于梅毒具备良好诊断效能(Kappa值为0.9047),其诊断准确率、灵敏度等均显著优于体液免疫、细胞免疫功能单一检测(P<0.05),但诊断特异性对比不具备显著差异(P>0.05);确诊患有梅毒患者和非患病患者的体液免疫、细胞免疫功能指标存在显著差异(P<0.05)。研究发现,将体液免疫与细胞免疫功能检测联合应用于梅毒患者临床诊断,具有较高的检出率和诊断效能,能够诊断出梅毒患者体液免疫功能亢进、细胞免疫功能缺陷,具有一定临床应用价值。To explore the diagnostic significance of humoral and cellular immune function testing for syphilis.56 suspected syphilis patients who visited Zhenglanqi People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Humoral and cellular immune function tests were conducted,and fluorescent Treponema antibody absorption test was used as the diagnostic gold standard to analyze the diagnostic effect.The results showed that the combined detection of humoral and cellular immune functions had a significantly higher detection rate for syphilis patients compared to the single detection of humoral and cellular immune functions(P<0.05);The combined detection of humoral and cellular immune functions has good diagnostic efficacy for syphilis(Kappa value of 0.9047),and its diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity are significantly better than those of single detection of humoral and cellular immune functions(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in diagnostic specificity(P>0.05);There were significant differences(P<0.05)in humoral and cellular immune function indicators between patients diagnosed with syphilis and non-infected patients.Research has found that the combined application of humoral and cellular immune function testing in the clinical diagnosis of syphilis patients has a high detection rate and diagnostic efficacy.It can diagnose hyperthyroidism of humoral immune function and deficiency of cellular immune function in syphilis patients,and has certain clinical application value.
