摘　　要：内镜消毒是医疗护理实践中一个关键的环节,其有效性直接关系到患者的安全和医疗质量。随着内镜技术的广泛应用,内镜相关感染的风险也随之增加。文章旨在探讨内镜消毒规范在护理实践中的应用,并分析当前内镜消毒方法的效果,进而讨论可能的改进措施。通过对现有文献的系统回顾和实际案例分析,发现规范的内镜消毒程序有助于降低感染风险,提高护理质量。此外,结合实际操作中的问题和挑战,提出了引入自动化消毒设备、采用先进的消毒剂和消毒技术、强化护理人员培训、建立健全的监督和管理机制、优化流程设计和操作流程等建议。严格遵循内镜消毒规范并不断优化消毒流程,是确保患者安全和提升护理质量的关键措施。Endoscopic disinfection is a crucial step in medical nursing practice,and its effectiveness directly affects patient safety and medical quality.With the widespread application of endoscopic technology,the risk of endoscopic related infections has also increased.The article aims to explore the application of endoscopic disinfection standards in nursing practice,analyze the effectiveness of current endoscopic disinfection methods,and discuss possible improvement measures.Through a systematic review of existing literature and analysis of practical cases,it was found that standardized endoscopic disinfection procedures can help reduce the risk of infection and improve nursing quality.In addition,based on the problems and challenges encountered in practical operations,suggestions have been put forward such as introducing automated disinfection equipment,adopting advanced disinfectants and disinfection technologies,strengthening nursing staff training,establishing sound supervision and management mechanisms,optimizing process design and operational procedures.Strictly following endoscopic disinfection standards and continuously optimizing disinfection processes are key measures to ensure patient safety and improve nursing quality.
