手工预处理对消毒供应室复用器械清洗质量的影响

摘　　要：探讨手工预处理对消毒供应室复用器械清洗质量的影响。选取2023年2月―2024年2月山东省肿瘤医院消毒供应室回收的80套复用器械,以随机法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组40套。对照组实施常规器械清洗消毒流程,研究组在对照组基础上加用手工预处理操作,观察两组生物膜细菌数检测结果、清洗合格率。结果显示,清洗前,两组生物膜细菌数检测结果无统计学差异(P>0.05);清洗后,研究组生物膜细菌数检测结果显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组目测清洗合格率与带光源放大镜清洗合格率无显著差异(P>0.05),研究组ATP荧光检测清洗合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,消毒供应室对复用器械实施手工预处理措施可提高清洗合格率,减少细菌附着,保障良好清洗消毒质量。To explore the impact of manual pretreatment on the cleaning quality of reusable instruments in disinfection supply rooms.Select 80 sets of reusable instruments collected from the disinfection supply room of Shandong Cancer Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024,and randomly divide them into a control group and a study group,with 40 sets in each group.The control group implemented the routine instrument cleaning and disinfection process,while the study group added manual pretreatment operations on the basis of the control group.The results of biofilm bacterial count detection and cleaning qualification rate were observed in both groups.Before cleaning,there was no statistically significant difference in the number of biofilm bacteria between the two groups(P>0.05);After cleaning,the bacterial count in the biofilm of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the visual cleaning pass rate between the two groups and the cleaning pass rate with a magnifying glass with a light source(P>0.05).The ATP fluorescence detection cleaning pass rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The implementation of manual pretreatment measures for reusable instruments in the disinfection supply room can improve the cleaning qualification rate,reduce bacterial adhesion,and ensure good cleaning and disinfection quality.
