磷酸奥司他韦治疗流行性感冒患儿的临床效果和不良反应

摘　　要：分析流行性感冒患儿应用磷酸奥司他韦治疗的临床效果和不良反应。选取绍兴市中心医院2022年5月―2023年3月期间接收的80例流行性感冒患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法平均分为参照组和观察组,每组40例。参照组采用抗感颗粒进行治疗,观察组采用磷酸奥司他韦进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状评分、不良反应发生率。研究结果显示,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各临床症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,磷酸奥司他韦对小儿流行性感冒具有明显的疗效,能显著改善患者的临床症状,减少药物的不良反应。To analyze the clinical effects and adverse reactions of oseltamivir phosphate in children with influenza.Eighty children with influenza who were received by Shaoxing Central Hospital from May 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the subjects of study,and were divided into a reference group and an observation group with 40 cases in each group by random number table.The reference group was treated with Kanggan granules,while the observation group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate.Compare the treatment efficacy,clinical symptom scores,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.The research results showed that the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research shows that oseltamivir phosphate has obvious curative effect on children with influenza,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce adverse reactions of drugs.
