透析前慢性肾脏病护理管理对血液透析患者的影响分析

摘　　要：探讨血液透析治疗的患者在开展透析前应用慢性肾脏病护理管理模式的临床效果。以贵州医科大学附属医院肾脏内科2022年1月―2024年1月期间接受血液透析治疗的98例患者为研究对象,采用随机分组的方法,将其分为在血液透析治疗时应用常规护理管理模式的对照组和在血液透析治疗前应用慢性肾脏病护理管理模式的观察组,每组各49例,比较两组患者的自理能力、生活质量、自我感受负担情况、负性情绪。结果显示,观察组患者的生活自理能力和生活质量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的自我感受负担情况得分和负性情绪评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,透析前慢性肾脏病护理管理模式在血液透析患者的临床治疗中可起到积极的作用,其在提升患者康复效果的同时可以改善患者负面情绪,降低并发症的发生风险,具有显著的应用价值。To explore the clinical effectiveness of applying chronic kidney disease nursing management mode before hemodialysis treatment for patients.98 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in the Nephrology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group who received routine nursing management during hemodialysis treatment and an observation group who received chronic kidney disease nursing management before hemodialysis treatment.There were 49 patients in each group,and the self-care ability,quality of life,self-perceived burden,and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the self-care ability and quality of life of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The self-perceived burden score and negative emotion score of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the pre dialysis chronic kidney disease nursing management model can play a positive role in the clinical treatment of hemodialysis patients.It can improve patients'recovery outcomes while also improving their negative emotions and reducing the risk of complications.It has significant application value.
