观察健康教育对门急诊小儿留置针输液的护理疗效影响  

Observation of the Impact of Health Education on the Nursing Efficacy of Pediatric Indwelling Needle Infusion in Outpatient and Emergency Departments

摘　　要：观察健康教育对门急诊小儿留置针输液的护理疗效影响。选取浙江省金华市中心医院2022年10月―2023年10月期间收治的60例留置针输液患儿为研究对象,以电脑随机法分为对照组(=30)、观察组(=30),对照组实施常规输液护理,观察组在常规输液护理的基础上实施留置针输液的健康教育,对比两组的护理效果。研究结果显示,观察组留置针输液知识的掌握程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,健康教育对门急诊小儿留置针输液的护理疗效影响较大,可提高患儿留置针输液知识水平和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。To observe the impact of health education on the nursing efficacy of pediatric indwelling needle infusion in outpatient and emergency departments.Sixty children with indwelling needle infusion from Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(=30)and an observation group(=30)using computer randomization.The control group received routine infusion care,while the observation group received health education on indwelling needle infusion in addition to routine infusion care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that the observation group had a significantly higher level of knowledge about indwelling needle infusion than the control group(>0.05),a significantly lower incidence of complications than the control group(P<0.05),and a significantly higher nursing satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that health education has a significant impact on the nursing efficacy of pediatric indwelling needle infusion in outpatient and emergency departments.It can improve the knowledge level and nursing satisfaction of pediatric indwelling needle infusion,and reduce the incidence of complications.
