摘　　要：探讨出院前家庭式护理对早产儿追赶生长发育的影响。选取2022年7月―2023年12月期间在广西壮族自治区人民医院住院并顺利出院的86例早产儿为研究对象,采用随机分配的方法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组43例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受出院前家庭式护理,比较两组的生长发育指标、家属的照护能力及新生儿行为神经评分(NBNA)。结果显示,护理前,两组的生长发育指标无显著差异(P<0.05),护理后,试验组身长、体重和头围等生长发育指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,试验组NBNA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组家属照护能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,出院前家庭式护理对早产儿的追赶生长和神经行为发育具有积极作用,并提升家属照护能力,值得在临床中推广应用。To explore the influence of family-style nursing before discharge on the catch-up growth and development of preterm infants.A total of 86 preterm infants who were hospitalized and successfully discharged from the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from July 2022 to December2023 were selected as the researchobjects.Theywere randomlydivided intoa control group and an experimental group,with 43 cases ineach group.The control group receivedroutine nursing care,while the experimental group received family-style nursing before discharge.The growth and development indicators,the caregiving ability of family members,and the Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA)score of the two groups were compared.The results showed that before nursing,there was no significant difference in the growth and development indicators between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,the growth and development indicators such as body length,body weight,and head circumference in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the NBNA score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The caregiving ability of family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that family-style nursing beforedischarge has apositive effecton the catch-up growthand neurobehavioral developmentofpreterm infants and can improve the caregiving ability of family members,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
