经后路寰枢椎钉板固定融合治疗寰枢椎不稳的临床疗效

摘　　要：探讨经后路寰枢椎钉板固定融合治疗寰枢椎不稳的临床疗效。选取2021年1月―2024年10月贵州省兴义市人民医院收治的40例寰枢椎不稳患者,随机分为观察组与对照组两组,每组各20例,对照组给予传统保守治疗,观察组给予经后路寰枢椎钉板固定融合治疗,对比两组治疗效果、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、术后指标。研究结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组各项JOA评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后肿胀消退、疼痛评分降至3分、体温恢复正常的时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,经后路寰枢椎钉板固定融合治疗寰枢椎不稳的临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的颈椎功能,促进其术后恢复。To explore the clinical efficacy of posterior atlantoaxial screw-plate fixation and fusion in the treatment of atlantoaxial instability.Forty patients with atlantoaxial instability admitted to Xingyi People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional conservative treatment,while the observation group was given posterior atlantoaxial screw-plate fixation and fusion treatment.The treatment effects,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores,and postoperative indexes of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,all JOA scores and the total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time for swelling subsidence,the pain score dropping to 3 points,and the body temperature returning to normal in the observation group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the clinical efficacy of posterior atlantoaxial screw-plate fixation and fusion in the treatment of atlantoaxial instability is remarkable,which can effectively improve the cervical spine function of patients and promote their postoperative recovery.
