摘 要:磷霉素于1969年在西班牙被发现,作为一种广谱抗生素,对革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性菌均具有显著的杀菌活性。磷霉素的抗菌作用机制独特,属于繁殖期快速杀菌剂,能够破坏细菌生物被膜或抑制其形成。由于其良好的口服吸收性、在肝肾中的高浓度分布,以及无交叉耐药性和交叉过敏反应的特点,磷霉素在治疗多重耐药菌感染中展现出重要的临床价值。因此,磷霉素成为广泛研究和应用的抗生素之一,尤其在多重耐药菌感染的治疗中,常作为重要的联合用药,其临床应用范围不断扩大。Fosfomycin was discovered in Spain in 1969.As a broad-spectrum antibiotic,it has significant bactericidal activity against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.Fosfomycin has a unique antibacterial mechanism of action.It is a rapid bactericide in the reproductive stage and can disrupt bacterial biofilms or inhibit their formation.Due to its good oral absorbability,high concentration distribution in the liver and kidneys,and the characteristics of having no cross-resistance and cross-allergic reactions,fosfomycin shows important clinical value in the treatment of multi-drug resistant bacterial infections.Therefore,fosfomycin has become one of the most widely studied and applied antibiotics.Especially in the treatment of multi-drug resistant bacterial infections,it is often used as an important combination drug,and its clinical application scope is continuously expanding.
