超声检查用于儿童回结肠型与小肠型肠套叠鉴别诊断中的效能分析

摘　　要：分析超声检查鉴别儿童回结肠型与小肠型肠套叠的应用效能。对柳州市妇幼保健院2022年1月―2023年12月收治的218例肠套叠患儿的临床和超声检查资料进行回顾性分析,其中小肠型肠套叠患者160例为小肠型组,回结肠型肠套叠患者58例为回结肠型组。结果显示,小肠型组左侧腹和脐周的发病率显著高于回结肠型组,右腹发病率显著低于回结肠型组(P<0.05);小肠型组的套叠肠管长度、横径和前后径均显著小于回结肠型组(P<0.05);回结肠型组肠壁水肿和腹腔积液的发生率明显高于小肠型组(P<0.05)。研究发现,超声检查显示,小肠型肠套叠与回结肠型肠套叠在套叠部位、套叠肠管形态及并发症等方面存在显著差异,这些差异可为鉴别诊断提供可靠的影像学依据。To analyze the application efficacy of ultrasound examination in differentiating ileocolic and small intestinal intussusception in children.The clinical and ultrasound examination data of 218 children with intussusception admitted to Liuzhou Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,160 patients with small intestinal intussusception were in the small intestinal group,and 58 patients with ileocolic intussusception were in the ileocolic group.The results showed that the incidence rates of left abdomen and periumbilical region in the small intestinal group were significantly higher than those in the ileocolic group,and the incidence rate of right abdomen was significantly lower than that in the ileocolic group(P<0.05);the length,transverse diameter and anteroposterior diameter of the intussuscepted intestinal tract in the small intestinal group were significantly smaller than those in the ileocolic group(P<0.05);the incidence rates of intestinal wall edema and ascites in the ileocolic group were significantly higher than those in the small intestinal group(P<0.05).The study found that ultrasound examination showed significant differences between small intestinal intussusception and ileocolic intussusception in terms of intussusception site,intussuscepted intestinal tract morphology and complications,and these differences can provide a reliable imaging basis for differential diagnosis.
