摘　　要：探讨老年慢性病患者的社会支持与心理健康状况及干预措施。以2023年1月―2024年1月期间漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院收治的270例老年慢性病患者和260例非老年慢性病患者为研究对象,经过筛选,最终回收有效问卷老年慢性病患者269份、非老年慢性病患者258份,并依据是否独居将老年慢性病患者分为独居组和非独居组,评估患者的社会支持和心理健康状况。研究结果显示,老年慢性病患者的心理健康评分和社会支持评分显著低于非老年慢性病患者(P<0.05);独居的老年慢性病患者的心理健康评分和社会支持评分显著低于非独居的患者(P<0.05)。研究发现,老年慢性病患者存在严重的心理健康问题和较低的社会支持水平,尤其是独居患者,应加强对老年慢性病患者特别是独居患者的心理健康干预和社会支持提升,以改善其生活质量。To explore the social support and mental health status of elderly patients with chronic diseases,as well as intervention measures.A total of 270 elderly chronic disease patients and 260 non elderly chronic disease patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.After screening,269 elderly chronic disease patients and 258 non elderly chronic disease patients were finally collected as valid questionnaires.Based on whether they live alone,elderly chronic disease patients were divided into a solitary group and a non solitary group to evaluate their social support and mental health status.The research results showed that the psychological health score and social support score of elderly chronic disease patients were significantly lower than those of non elderly chronic disease patients(P<0.05);The psychological health score and social support score of elderly chronic disease patients living alone are significantly lower than those of non living patients(P<0.05).Research has found that elderly patients with chronic diseases have serious mental health problems and lower levels of social support,especially those living alone.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen psychological health interventions and social support for elderly patients with chronic diseases,especially those living alone,in order to improve their quality of life.
