X线透视引导下泡沫硬化术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果分析

摘　　要：分析X线透视引导下泡沫硬化术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。选取2023年5月―2024年7月贵州医科大学第二附属医院接诊的66例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例。对照组行大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术治疗,观察组行X线透视引导下泡沫硬化术治疗,对比两组患者的手术指标、症状评分、并发症发生率及炎性因子水平。研究结果显示,观察组手术时间、下床活动时间均显著短于对照组,术中失血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组静脉曲张、疼痛及水肿的症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的炎性因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,X线透视引导下泡沫硬化术在下肢静脉曲张患者中的治疗效果显著,该疗法手术效率高、术后并发症风险低、患者康复速度快,具有临床应用价值。To analyze the clinical effect of X-ray fluoroscopy guided foam sclerotherapy for varicose veins of lower limbs.66 patients with lower limb varicose veins admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from May 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein,and the observation group was treated with X-ray fluoroscopy guided foam sclerotherapy.The surgical indicators,symptom scores,complication rate and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that the observation group had significantly shorter surgical time and mobilization time compared to the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the symptom scores of varicose veins,pain,and edema in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that foam sclerotherapy under the guidance of X-ray fluoroscopy has a significant therapeutic effect in patients with varicose veins of lower limbs.This therapy has high surgical efficiency,low risk of postoperative complications,and rapid recovery of patients.It has clinical application value.
