个性化心理护理在未婚早孕人流患者中的应用

摘　　要：探究个性化心理护理在未婚早孕人流患者中的应用。选取广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院2021年3月―2024年3月收治的80例未婚早孕人流患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为传统组(40例,实施常规护理)和研究组(40例,在常规组基础上加入个性化心理护理)。比较两组心理状态、护理满意度、生殖健康知识知晓率以及应激反应情况。结果显示,干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于传统组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分显著高于传统组(P<0.05);研究组生殖健康知识知晓率显著高于传统组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组应激反应情况显著优于传统组(P<0.05)。研究发现,个性化心理护理可有效改善未婚早孕人流患者的心理状态,提升护理满意度,提高生殖健康知识知晓率,降低应激反应。To explore the application of individualized psychological nursing in unmarried pregnant women undergoing induced abortion due to early pregnancy.Eighty unmarried pregnant women undergoing induced abortion admitted to Maternal and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into a traditional group(40 cases,receiving conventional nursing)and a study group(40 cases,receiving individualized psychological nursing on the basis of conventional nursing)by the random number table method.The psychological states,nursing satisfaction,awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge,and stress responses of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after the intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05);the awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the stress response in the study group was significantly better than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The study found that individualized psychological nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of unmarried pregnant women undergoing induced abortion,enhance nursing satisfaction,increase the awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge,and reduce stress responses.
