摘 要:石油化工领域所使用的小接管多为铁磁性材料,在恶劣的外部环境和管道内所输送的复杂介质的综合影响下,小接管极易出现裂纹、腐蚀等问题。因此,迫切需要开展小接管的无损检测技术研究,保障其安全、高效地运行。本文以小接管为研究对象,以泄漏磁场的形成机理为理论依据,运用有限元分析软件,建立小接管内壁缺陷的数值计算模型,通过对不同尺寸缺陷引起的泄漏磁场进行数值模拟,得到了缺陷与漏磁磁场的对应关系。The small connecting pipes used in the petrochemical industry are mostly made of ferromagnetic materials.Under the comprehensive influence of harsh external environments and complex media transported in pipelines,small connecting pipes are prone to problems such as cracks and corrosion.Therefore,there is an urgent need to conduct research on non-destructive testing technology for small takeover to ensure its safe and efficient operation.This article takes small connecting pipes as the research object,based on the formation mechanism of leakage magnetic field,and uses finite element analysis software to establish a numerical calculation model for the defects on the inner wall of small connecting pipes.By simulating the leakage magnetic field caused by defects of different sizes,the corresponding relationship between defects and leakage magnetic field is obtained.
