摘 要:结合云南某项目风机混塔基础设计方案,利用迈达斯有限元软件建立计算模型,计算时加入相关荷载及钢筋网模型,分析其在正常运行荷载工况、极端荷载工况下的受力情况,结果表明极端工况下风机基础整体安全但局部有受拉损伤,据此提出增加配筋率和预应力两种结构优化方案,对比显示这两种方案在局部受拉损伤方面均优于原方案,对风机混塔基础设计研究有重要参考价值。Based on the design scheme of a wind turbine mixed tower foundation in a project in Yunnan,a calculation model was established using Midas finite element software.Relevant loads and steel mesh models were added during the calculation to analyze the stress situation of the wind turbine foundation under normal operating load conditions and extreme load conditions.The results showed that the wind turbine foundation was overall safe under extreme conditions,but there was local tensile damage.Based on this,two structural optimization schemes,namely increasing reinforcement ratio and prestressing,were proposed.The comparison showed that both schemes were superior to the original scheme in terms of local tensile damage,which has important reference value for the research of wind turbine mixed tower foundation design.
