摘  要:结合某高速项目实例,研究在隧道与大桥之间过渡段路基距离仅有9.6 m,T梁安装架设场地受限的条件下,研究预制T梁架设安装施工技术。首先根据环境及结构物尺寸的特点,确定设备的型号及设备拼装位置,然后计算验证在最不利工况下的抗倾覆系数,确定安全性。分析架桥机在过孔和架梁施工工艺流程,演示在不同阶段架桥机的位置及运行状态,总结出狭小作业空间T梁架设施工作业工法,为类似相关T梁架设工程提供相关参考。Taking a high-speed project as an example,this study investigates the construction technology of prefabricated T-beam installation and installation under the condition that the roadbed distance in the transition section between the tunnel and the bridge is only 9.6 m and the site for T-beam installation and installation is limited.Firstly,based on the characteristics of the environment and structural dimensions,deter原mine the model and assembly position of the equipment,and then calculate and verify the anti overturning coefficient under the most unfavorable working conditions to determine safety.Analyze the construction process of the bridge erecting machine in perforation and beam erection,demonstrate the position and operation status of the bridge erecting machine at different stages,summarize the construction method of T-beam erection in narrow working spaces,and provide relevant references for similar related T-beam erection projects.
