摘 要:碳纤维材料具有轻质、高强、耐腐蚀等特性,其抗拉强度极其显著,当前广泛应用于各类受拉构件中。随着碳纤维材料研究及应用的日益深入,其应用由最初的混凝土构件加固材料逐渐发展至独立受力构件。其中碳纤维索的应用也由最初的人行桥斜拉索发展至当今穹顶结构、索膜结构等受拉构件应用。本文以厦门新体育中心项目膜结构外立面为载体,描述了碳纤维板索深化设计、碳纤维索及立面PTFE膜施工工序,明确施工过程中的工序要点。为后续大型场馆碳纤维索的应用提供了工程参考。Carbon fiber materials have the characteristics of light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance,and their tensile strength is extremely significant.They are widely used in various tensile components at present.With the increasing research and application of carbon fiber materials,their application has developed from initial reinforcement materials for concrete structures to independent load-bearing structures.The application of carbon fiber cables has also evolved from initial pedestrian bridge cable to the use of cables in dome structures and tension membrane structures today.This paper describes the deepened design of carbon fiber plate cables and the construction process of carbon fiber cables and the PTFE membrane facade of the Xiamen New Sports Center project,clarifying the key points of the construction process.It provides an engineering reference for the subsequent application of carbon fiber cables in large stadiums.
