摘  要:随着地震灾害频发,建筑结构抗震设计成为保障人民生命财产安全的关键环节。本文以实际建筑工程为研究对象,深入分析框架-剪力墙结构中剪力墙部分设计与优化工作的关键内容。文中阐述了有关剪力墙抗震性能指标的计算方法,并对背景工程进行了计算分析,计算得到该工程的结构最大水平位移呈弯剪型,且方案3的结构最大水平位移仅为方案1的78.15%,具有良好的稳定性,因此确定方案3为研究背景的最佳剪力墙设置方案。本文研究内容可为剪力墙设计工作的开展提供一定借鉴。With the frequent occurrence of earthquake disasters,seismic design of building structures has become a crucial aspect in safeguarding people's lives and property.Taking actual construction projects as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the key contents of the design and optimization of shear walls within frame-shear wall structures.The paper elaborates on the calculation methods related to the seismic performance indicators of shear walls and conducts computational analysis on the background project.The results show that the maximum horizontal displacements of the structure in this project all exhibit a bending-shear pattern,and the maximum horizontal displacement of Scheme 3 is only 78.15%of that of Scheme 1,demonstrating good stability.Therefore,Scheme 3 is determined to be the optimal shear wall configuration for the background project.The research content of this paper can provide certain reference for the implementation of shear wall design work.
