摘 要:为了探索500kV GIS配电装置联合构架在±800kV特高压工程中的有效应用,通过介绍±800kV特高压工程的概况信息、结构荷载数据,详细分析了GIS配电装置联合构架的空间布置、横向与纵向根开选择、平面内腹杆及横隔(平面外腹杆)的设置。在此基础上,进一步探讨了基于GIS的全联合构架节点优化策略。研究结果表明,合理的构架设计与节点优化能够显著提升特高压工程的整体稳定性和安全性,同时满足电气布置和安全距离的要求,有利于降低用钢量、减小占地面积,并优化工程成本。研究为500kV GIS配电装置联合构架在特高压工程中的实际应用提供了有益参考和理论指导。In order to explore the effective application of 500kV GIS distribution equipment joint framework in±800kV ultra-high voltage engineering,this paper introduces the overview information and structural load data of±800kV ultra-high voltage engineering,and analyzes in detail the spatial layout,horizontal and vertical root opening selection,and the setting of in-plane web members and transverse partitions(out of plane web members)of GIS distribution equipment joint framework.On this basis,further exploration was conducted on the optimization strategy of GIS based fully integrated architecture nodes.The research results indicate that reasonable framework design and node optimization can significantly improve the overall stability and safety of ultra-high voltage engineering,while meeting the requirements of electrical layout and safety distance,which is conducive to reducing steel consumption,minimizing land occupation,and optimizing engineering costs.The study provides useful reference and theoretical guidance for the practical application of the joint framework of 500kV GIS distribution equipment in ultra-high voltage engineering.
