摘  要:为了获取弥散性孔隙缺陷对碳布层压板力学性能的影响,本文开展了带整体弥散性缺陷与无弥散性缺陷的碳布层压板力学性能对比试验,通过对含弥散性孔隙缺陷的碳布层压板试验件,开展了平板拉伸试验、压缩试验和剪切试验,并与新制的无缺陷的试验件进行对比。结果表明,当底波高度由100%下降到40%时,即试验件中孔隙含量的增加,材料性能下降幅度较大。其中,常温环境下,拉伸强度下降12.5%,压缩强度下降25.2%,剪切强度下降15.7%。此外,温度和湿度的变化也会对层压板的力学性能产生影响。In order to obtain the influence of dispersive pore defects on the mechanical properties of composite laminates,this paper conducts a comparative test on the mechanical properties of carbon cloth laminate with and without diffuse defects.We performed flat plate tensile tests,compression tests,and shear tests on specimens with dispersive pore defects,comparing them to newly fabricated defect-free specimens.The results show that when the height of bottom wave decreases from 100%to 40%,the performance of the material decreases greatly.Among them,at room temperature,the tensile strength decreases by 12.5%,the compressive strength decreases by 25.2%,and the shear strength decreases by 15.7%.In addition,the change of temperature and humidity will also affect the mechanical properties of the laminate.
