摘  要:党的二十大高度重视教育、科技、人才工作,强调加强基础学科、新兴学科、交叉学科建设,因此加快建设中国特色、世界一流的大学和优势学科建设已成为国家战略。以消防工程专业学生为研究对象,探讨在新时代背景下构建与国家应急管理体系相适应的“消防监督管理”课程实践教学体系。通过分析当前“消防监督管理”课程教学现状,结合党的二十大精神,提出了“四阶六化”实践教学范式,旨在提升学生的实践能力和创新精神,为国家综合性消防救援队伍培养高素质专业人才,这对贯彻党的二十大精神、完善国家应急管理体系和加快建设高质量教育体系具有重要意义。The 20th CPC Party Congress attaches great importance to education,science and technology,talentwork,and emphasizes strengthening the construction of basic disciplines,emerging disciplines and interdisciplinarydisciplines,so accelerating the construction of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics and the construc-tion of superior disciplines has become a national strategy.This article takes fire protection engineering students asthe research object and explores the construction of a practical teaching system for the "Fire Supervision and Man-agement" course that is compatible with the national emergency management system in the new era.By analyzingthe current teaching status of the "Fire Supervision and Management" course teaching,combined with the spirit ofthe 20th CPC National Congress,a "fourth order six transformations" practical teaching paradigm is proposed,aim-ing to enhance students' practical ability and innovative spirit,and to cultivate high-quality professional talents forthe national comprehensive fire rescue team.This is of great significance to the implementation of the guiding prin-ciples of the 20th CPC National Congress,the improvement of the national emergency management system and the acceleration of the construction of high-quality education system.
