碳中和目标下新型电力系统运行规划优化研究

摘  要:针对碳中和目标下电力系统面临的低碳化和高效运行挑战,提出了一种基于混合整数线性规划(Mixed-Integer Linear Programming,MILP)的优化调度模型。该模型旨在通过优化电力系统的发电调度、储能管理和负荷调节,实现碳排放最小化和成本优化。对典型电力系统实例进行分析,验证了MILP模型在降低碳排放、减少系统运行成本、提高可再生能源利用率、优化储能系统调度等方面的优势。实验结果显示,相较于传统的启发式算法,MILP模型在多个关键指标上均具有更好的表现,在碳排放和系统运行成本方面更突出。研究表明,基于MILP的优化模型能够有效实现碳中和目标下电力系统的高效调度。In response to the challenges of decarbonization and efficient operation faced by power systems under the carbon neutrality target,this paper proposes an optimization scheduling model based on mixed-integer linearprogramming.The model aims to minimize carbon emissions and optimize costs by optimizing power generationscheduling,energy storage management,and load regulation in the power system.An analysis of a typical power sys-tem examples is conducted to validate the advantages of the mixed-integer linear programming model in reducing carbon emissions,lowering system operating costs,increasing renewable energy utilization,and optimizing energystorage system scheduling.The experimental results show that compared to traditional heuristic algorithms,themixed-integer linear programming model better in several key indicators,particularly in terms of carbon emissionsand system operating costs.The research demonstrates that the optimization model based on MILP effectively achievesefficient scheduling of the power system under the carbon neutrality target.
