摘 要:打孔、立杆、架线等操作是配网工程中的必需环节。针对传统单一功能机械化施工面临设备效率低的问题和复杂环境下的施工需求,研究了一种集打孔、立杆、架线等功能于一体的机械设计,结合智能化控制技术,可以显著提升施工效率。该多功能机械设计自动定位、传感反馈和故障自诊断系统创新,在操作精准度上也得到优化,能够适应多种地形与气候环境。实际应用表明,设计的多功能机械设备在缩短施工周期、提升安全性方面效果显著,从而推动配网工程施工向智能化方向迈进。Drilling,pole erection,wire erection and other operations are necessary links in the distribution networkproject.In view of the low equipment efficiency and complex construction requirements faced by the traditionalsingle-function mechanized construction,it studies a mechanical design that integrates the functions of drilling,pole erection,wire erection and so on.The design combined with intelligent control technology can significantlyimprove the construction efficiency.The multi-functional mechanical design features innovative automatic posi-tioning,sensor feedback and fault self-diagnosis system,also optimizes in terms of operational accuracy.It can adaptto a variety of terrain and climate environments.The practical application of the designed multi-functional me-chanical equipment shows that it has a remarkable effect in shortening the construction period and improving thesafety,thereby promoting the construction of the distribution network project to the intelligent direction.
