摘 要:为了在某型辅助动力装置(Auxiliary Power Unit,APU)主安装孔周引入残余应力,以延长安装节的疲劳寿命,采用二次冷挤压强化技术,基于ABAQUS仿真软件建立了弹塑性有限元模型,对主安装孔二次冷挤压强化过程进行了仿真,获得了孔边残余应力的分布规律。结果表明,通过二次冷挤压强化的安装孔周形成了稳定的残余压应力,为该技术在辅助动力装置安装节连接孔等结构强化上的应用与强化工艺设计提供了理论依据。In order to introduce residual stress around the main mounting holes of a certain type of Auxiliary PowerUnit(APU) and extend the fatigue life of the mounting joints,the secondary cold extrusion strengthening tech-nique was adopted.Based on the ABAQUS simulation software,an elastoplastic finite element model was estab-lished to simulate the secondary cold extrusion strengthening process of the main mounting holes,and the distribu-tion law of the residual stress at the hole edges was obtained.The results show that a stable residual compressivestress is formed around the mounting holes strengthened by secondary cold extrusion,which provides a theoreticalbasis for the application of this technique in the structural strengthening such as mounting joints and connection holes of APU and the design of strengthening processes.
