摘　　要：随着中国动车组的运营时间越来越长,售后现场故障越来越多,很多影响列车行车安全的故障必须得到及时处理,并且要对失效原因进行分析。在现场故障梳理中,发现轴箱轴承失效现象较为严重,对行车安全构成重大威胁,需要及时处理。经排查,轴箱轴承失效的主要原因是轴箱轴承外圈剥离。为了研究轴箱轴承外圈剥离失效问题,特选取售后的一套故障轴承进行分析。在充分了解轴承的使用条件、轴承外围结构的基础上,弄清事故发生前后的状况,再对轴承的损伤情况和多种原因进行考察,就可以防止同类事故再次发生。主要通过检测伤损部件的金相组织、非金属夹杂物、化学成分等理化性能,以及检测轴承油脂性能等来对轴箱轴承外圈剥离失效的原因进行分析。As the operation time of China's rolling stock is getting longer and longer,there are more and moreafter-sales site failures,and many failures affecting the safety of train operation must be dealt with in a timely man-ner and the causes of failure must be analyzed.In the field failure combing,found that the axle box bearing failurephenomenon is more serious,on the train safety constitutes a major threat,need to be dealt with in time.After in-vestigation,the main reason for the failure of the axle box bearing is the stripping of the outer ring of the axle box bearing.In order to study the failure of axlebox bearing outer ring stripping problem,specially selected a set of after-market faulty bearings for analysis.On the basis of fully understanding the use conditions and peripheral structure of the bearing clarifying the situation before and after the accident,and investigating the damage to the bearing and a variety of reasons for examination,you can prevent similar accidents from recurring.The analysis of the causes ofthe outer ring stripping failure of the axle box bearings is mainly carried out by testing the physical and chemical properties such as metal organization,non-metallic inclusions,and chemical composition of the injured parts,aswell as testing the performance of the bearing grease.
