大跨径独塔单索面钢斜拉桥钢箱梁顶推安装技术研究

摘　　要：桥梁建设在方便交通、促进经济发展、促进城市规划科学性、推动科技创新等方面具有重要意义。依托某公路桥梁工程,针对大跨径独塔单索面钢箱梁斜拉桥,设计了顶推系统并采用“箱梁分段发运+现场平台上拼装+步履式多点连续顶推”的施工工艺,精确实现了钢箱梁整体顶推。随后,对钢箱梁的应力、变形、临时墩支点位置进行了参数验算,最后介绍了钢箱梁与下塔柱固结处的连接工艺。Bridge construction is of great significance in facilitating transportation,promoting economic develop-ment,promoting the scientificity of urban planning and promoting scientific and technological innovation.Relyingon a certain highway bridge project,in view of the long-span single tower and single cable plane steel box girder cable-stayed bridge,the incremental launching system was designed and the construction technology of “box girdersection shipment+on-site platform assembly+walking multi-point continuous jacking” was adopted to accuratelyrealize the overall incremental launching of steel box girder.Then,parameter calculations were conducted on thestress,deformation and the position of the temporary pier fulcrum of the steel box girder.Finally,the connectiontechnology between the steel box girder and the lower tower column was introduced.
