摘　　要：地基沉降是导致地下室外墙裂缝的常见原因,其由多种因素引起,如地质条件、设计施工缺陷、外部环境等,而不均匀的地基沉降易导致墙体应力的重新分布,从而出现墙面裂缝。基于此,分析了地基沉降对地下室外墙的应力影响,并探讨了由此引发的裂缝问题及其预防措施,通过这些综合措施,可以有效预防地下室外墙出现裂缝,从而能够有效确保结构的安全和使用寿命。Foundation settlement is a common cause of basement exterior wall cracks,which is caused by various factorssuch as geological conditions,design and construction defects,and external environment.Uneven foundation settlementcan easily lead to the redistribution of wall stress,resulting in wall cracks.Based on this,the impact of foundation settle-ment on the stress of basement exterior walls was analyzed,and the resulting crack problems and preventive measureswere discussed.Through these comprehensive measures,the occurrence of cracks on basement exterior walls can be ef-fectively prevented and controlled,thereby ensuring the safety and service life of the structure.
