摘 要:以某旧桥加宽改造工程为例,对拼宽结构进行受力计算,确定采用“上连下不连”的桥梁拼宽设计方案。借助有限元软件,计算得出,刚度为1时,拼接缝部位剪应力最小。深入研究既有桥梁拼宽改造施工工艺,归纳总结各环节关键技术要点,形成成套施工技术方案。选取横向分布系数作为量化指标,对桥梁拼宽施工质量进行分析与评价。结果表明:拼宽施工后,桥梁横向分布系数发生大幅度下降且分布均匀,整体受力性能得到优化,施工效果良好。Taking the widening and renovation project of an old bridge as an example,this articls calculates thestress of the widened structure and determine the adoption of the bridge widening design scheme of "upper connec-tion,lower non connection".Using finite element software,it is calculated that when the stiffness is 1,the shearstress at the joint location is minimized.The article delves into the construction process of widening and renovatingexisting bridges,summarizes the key technical points of each link,and forms a complete set of construction technol-ogy plans.Selecting the lateral distribution coefficient as a quantitative indicator,the quality of bridge widening con-struction was analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that after widening construction,the traverse distributioncoefficidge decreased significantly and was evenly distributed,and the overall stress performance was optimized,re-sulting in good construction effect.
