摘  要:为提升地下室混凝土结构防渗漏性能,以某高层建筑项目为例,开展地下室防水防渗施工技术应用研究。基于当前常见的地下室外墙渗漏、底板渗漏等问题,深入剖析其原因,并提出对应处理措施。深入研究涂刷底层胶、止水螺栓孔的防水处理、底板后浇带防水施工等关键施工技术,提出采用一次性止水对拉螺杆、使用高性能聚氨酯防水涂膜对附加防水层进行保护、后浇带施工时选用一次性钢模等技术要点,形成成套的地下室防水防渗施工技术方案。In order to improve the anti-seepage performance of basement concrete structures,this article takes ahigh-rise building project as an example to conduct research on the application of basement waterproofing and anti-seepage construction technology.Based on the common problems of basement exterior wall leakage and floor leakage,this article deeply analyzes their causes and proposes corresponding treatment measures.It conducts indepth research on key construction technologies such as applying bottom layer adhesive,waterproof treatment ofwater stop bolt holes,and waterproof construction of bottom plate pouring strips,proposes the use of disposable wa-ter stop pull screws,high-performance polyurethane waterproof coating to protect the additional waterproof layer,and the use of disposable steel molds during pouring strip construction to form a complete set of basement water-proof and anti-seepage construction technology solutions.
