摘 要:随着科技的进步和工程建设的不断发展,建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术已被广泛应用于各类工程建设项目中。在煤矿装载带走廊施工中,BIM技术的应用具有重要的现实意义和研究价值。基于此,深入探讨BIM技术在煤矿装载带走廊施工中的全面应用。从设计、施工准备、施工过程到竣工验收各阶段,详细阐述BIM技术通过三维建模、碰撞检测、施工模拟、材料统计、实时跟踪监测等手段能够显著提升施工精度与效率、降低设计变更与返工风险、优化资源配置、保障施工安全。借助具体案例分析,验证BIM技术在提高设计精度、优化施工方案、促进协同工作、实现数字化交付等方面的显著成效,不仅丰富了BIM技术在矿业工程中的应用理论,也为未来煤矿施工管理的数字化转型提供了有力支持。With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of engineering construc-tion,Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology has been widely used in all kinds of engineering construc-tion projects.In the construction of coal mine loading belt corridor,the application of BIM technology has impor-tant practical significance and research value.Based on this,the comprehensive application of BIM technology in the construction of coal mine loading belt corridor is discussed in depth.From the stages of design,constructionpreparation,construction process to completion acceptance,this paper elaborates that BIM technology can signifi-cantly improve construction accuracy and efficiency,reduce the risk of design change and rework optimizes re-source allocation and ensure construction safety through three-dimensional modeling,collision detection,construc-tion simulation,material statistics,real-time tracking and monitoring,etc.With the help of specific case analysis,the significant effects of BIM technology in improving design accuracy,optimizing construction schemes,promot-ing collaborative work and realizing digital delivery are verified,which not only enriches the application theory of BIM technology in mining engineering,but also provides strong support for the digital transformation of coal mine construction management in the future.
