摘 要:旨在解决大型水电站大坝拱肩槽开挖施工中面临的技术难题,提高施工质量和效率。研究内容主要包括4个方面的创新技术:合理划分开挖区域、优化设计结构、确定合理的爆破参数和采用精确的钻孔技术。通过在某大型水电站工程中的实际应用,结果表明,爆破振动得到有效控制,平均最大质点振动速度和爆破影响深度均满足设计要求,开挖精度显著提高,超挖、不平整度等指标均达到或优于设计要求,平均半孔率超过90%,整体形体和外观质量优良。为大型水电工程拱肩槽开挖提供了可靠的技术支持和经验参考。This study aims to address the technical challenges faced in the excavation of arch shoulder grooves forlarge hydropower dams.It also seeks to improve construction quality and efficiency.The research content focuseson four innovative technologies:rational division of excavation areas,optimization of design structures,determina-tion of reasonable blasting parameters,and adoption of precise drilling techniques.Through practical application in alarge hydropower station project,the research results show that blasting vibration is effectively controlled,and theaverage maximum particle vibration velocity and blasting impact depth meet the design requirements.The excava-tion accuracy is significantly improved,and indicators such as over-excavation and unevenness meet or exceed thedesign requirements.The average half hole ratio exceeds 90%,with excellent overall shape and appearance quality.This study provides reliable technical support and experience reference for the excavation of arch shoulder grooves in large hydropower projects.
