摘 要:地质构造中的石油储藏形态差异显著,其中挥发性石油藏由于泡点压力偏低的特点,导致地层原油在开采环节即在采油管柱内形成石油混合流态。地面集输管网建设完成后,管线运转过程必定出现石油混相流动特征。输送系统内的多相流体结构繁杂,涵盖众多具有腐蚀倾向的成分,导致管道遭遇的腐蚀侵害日益加重。油田生产现场,混相输送虽以便捷和效率优势广泛应用,但混合流体条件却加速了介质对管壁的腐蚀进程。文章分析了混输管线中CO_(2)和H_(2)S的腐蚀作用机理,设计防护技术方案,目的是为石油管网管理实践提供科学依据。There are significant differences in oil reservoir forms in geological structures.The low bubble point pressure of volatile oil reservoir leads to the formation of oil mixed flow in the production process,that is,in the production string.After the completion of the construction of surface gathering network,the characteristics of oil miscible flow must appear during the operation of pipeline.The multiphase fluid structure in the conveying system is complex,covering many corrosion-prone components,resulting in increasing corrosion damage to the pipeline.Although miscible transportation is widely used in oilfield production field for its advantages of convenience and efficiency,mixed fluid conditions accelerate the corrosion process of medium on pipe wall.In this paper,the corrosion mechanism of CO_(2)and H_(2)S in mixed transport pipeline is analyzed,and the protection technology scheme is designed to provide scientific basis for the management practice of petroleum pipeline network.
