摘  要:智能电表基于区域互联网资源的系统化整合,形成用电数据实时采集与分析的一体化平台,通过有线与无线通信技术构建远程数据传输共享网络,为供电企业各级部门提供远程用电状态监控能力,强化测量、运算与分析功能在各类应用场景中的实用价值,提高调度运行的决策效能。用电信息采集系统作为智能用电业务的数据枢纽,整合电能质量监控、用电信息采集与电表运行监测等核心功能,为电能监测与节能控制提供决策支持。Based on the systematic integration of regional Internet resources,smart meters form an integrated platform for real-time collection and analysis of electricity consumption data,build a remote data transmission and sharing network through wired and wireless communication technology,provide remote power consumption status monitoring capabilities for all levels of power supply enterprises,and strengthen the practical value of measurement,calculation and analysis functions in various application scenarios.Improve the decision-making efficiency of scheduling operation.As the data hub of intelligent power consumption business,the power consumption information acquisition system integrates core functions such as power quality monitoring,power consumption information collection and meter operation monitoring,providing decision support for power monitoring and energy saving control.
