生活污水处理中短程生化膜过滤技术的应用

摘  要:探究了短程生化膜过滤系统在生活污水处理中的应用效果。该系统由生化单元A和膜过滤单元B组成,选取CODcr、浊度、SMP和EPS含量4项指标测试该系统的污水处理效果。结果表明,在进水浊度有较大波动的情况下,B单元出水浊度保持相对稳定,浊度从5~9NTU下降到0.2~0.6NTU,水质得到明显改善。B单元出水CODcr的含量降低到18~26 mg/L之间,符合一级城市污水排放标准。随着工艺进行,SMP和EPS含量降低,在膜进水工艺中SMP糖类浓度为7 mg/L,蛋白质浓度为11 mg/L,含量极低,对生物膜污染程度较轻,可以延长生物膜使用寿命,降低了该系统的使用成本。The application effect of short-range biochemical membrane filtration system in domestic sewage treatment was investigated.The system is composed of biochemical unit A and membrane filtration unit B.Four indexes of CODcr,turbidity,SMP and EPS content are selected to test the sewage treatment effect of the system.The results show that when the influent turbidity fluctuates greatly,the effluent turbidity of unit B remains relatively stable,and the turbidity drops from 5~9NTU to 0.2~0.6NTU,and the water quality is obviously improved.The content of CODcr in the effluent of Unit B is reduced to between 18 and 26 mg/L,which meets the sewage discharge standards of first-class cities.As the process progresses,the content of SMP and EPS decreases.In the membrane influent process,the concentration of SMP sugar is 7 mg/L and the concentration of protein is 11 mg/L,which is very low,and the pollution degree of biofilm is light,which can extend the service life of biofilm and reduce the use cost of the system.
