摘  要:探究了中空纤维式超滤膜技术在农村安全供水中的应用。从农村常见的3种水源处采集水样,使用以中空纤维式超滤膜组件为核心的试验装置进行水样处理,选取浊度、UV254和CODMn三项指标对比进水和出水的水质变化。结果表明,虽然进水的浊度变化较大,但是出水浊度稳定,浊度去除率整体保持在98%以上,满足《生活饮用水卫生标准(GB5749-2022)》的限值要求。该装置对井泉水的UV254去除率较低,对引流水和水库水的UV254去除率较高;但是对CODMn的去除效果较差,与膜污染有关,因此中空纤维式超滤膜组件在使用一段时间后需要冲洗,提高其膜通量,延长使用寿命,保障水质安全。The application of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane technology in rural water supply safety was explored.Water samples were collected from three common water sources in rural areas,and the test device with hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane component as the core was used for water sample treatment.Turbidity,UV254 and CODMn were selected to compare the water quality changes of inlet and outlet water.The results show that although the influent turbidity changes greatly,the effluent turbidity is stable and the overall turbidity removal rate remains above 98%,which meets the limit requirements of the Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water(GB5749-2022).The UV254 removal rate of well spring water is low,and the UV254 removal rate of drainage water and reservoir water is high.However,the removal effect of CODMn is poor,which is related to membrane pollution,so the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane component needs to be washed after a period of use to improve its membrane flux,extend its service life,and ensure water quality safety.
