双定数混合截尾下广义瑞利分布的统计分析

摘　　要：基于双定数混合截尾试验,本文得到了广义瑞利分布形状参数的最大似然估计,研究了形状参数的贝叶斯估计。数值分析结果表明,模拟退火算法能更加准确高效地确定超参数,使得在不同损失函数下形状参数的贝叶斯估计更加精确。Based on Hybrid Censoring Scheme,the maximum likelihood estimation of shape parameters of generalized Rayleigh distribution is obtained,and the Bayesian estimation of shape parameters is studied.The numerical analysis results show that the simulated annealing algorithm can determine the hyperparameters more accurately and efficiently,which makes the Bayesian estimation of shape parameters more accurate under different loss functions.
