摘 要:一直以来,废水处理与中水回用是生物制药企业需要面临的重要问题。本文以上海某生物医药企业污水及中水新建工程为研究案例,基于项目实施背景,详细阐述废水处理系统与中水回用系统相关处理工艺;其中,废水处理系统主要涉及处理工艺与进水、出水,中水处理系统主要涉及主体工艺与温控系统。与此同时,针对项目案例中面临的水质综合指标控制、系统设施设备防腐、RO膜堵塞问题消除等问题,提出了可行性技术措施。Wastewater treatment and reclaimed water reuse have always been important issues that biopharmaceutical companies need to face.This article takes the sewage and reclaimed water construction project of a biopharmaceutical enterprise in Shanghai as a case study.Based on the project implementation background,it elaborates in detail on the relevant treatment processes of wastewater treatment system and reclaimed water reuse system;Among them,the wastewater treatment system mainly involves the treatment process and inlet and outlet water,while the reclaimed water treatment system mainly involves the main process and temperature control system.At the same time,feasible technical measures have been proposed to address the issues faced in the project case,such as comprehensive water quality index control,anti-corrosion of system facilities and equipment,and elimination of RO membrane blockage problems.
