摘 要:探究了紫外-可见分光光度法在饮用水Hg^(2+)检测中的应用。设定显色剂pH与用量等实验条件后,用不同浓度的Hg^(2+)标准使用液与显色液、KI溶液和Triton X-100溶液均匀混合,扫描并记录在波长为575纳米和439纳米处Hg^(2+)的吸光度(Abs)值,得到以浓度为横坐标、以吸光度为纵坐标的标准曲线,并对水样进行加标浓度为0.01 mg/L的加标回收实验。结果表明,标准曲线为y=9.4529x+1.3713,R^(2)=0.9929,加标回收率为在95.50%~105.84%之间,回收效果良好。该方法具有灵敏度高、特异性强等特点,可用于水样的快速检测。The application of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry in the detection of Hg^(2+)in drinking water was investigated.After setting experimental conditions such as pH and dosage of the developing agent,the standard solution of Hg^(2+)with different concentrations was evenly mixed with the developing solution,KI solution and Triton X-100 solution,and the absorbance(Abs)value of Hg^(2+)at the wavelength of 575 nm and 439 nm was scanned and recorded.The standard curve with concentration as the horizontal coordinate and absorbance as the vertical coordinate was obtained,and the water sample was recovered with the added concentration of 0.01 mg/L.The results show that the standard curve is y=9.4529x+1.3713,R2=0.9929,and the recovery rate is 95.50%~105.84%.The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity and specificity,and can be used for rapid detection of water samples.
