包埋颗粒与活性污泥相结合处理工业区废水的实验分析

摘  要:探究了包埋颗粒与活性污泥混合处理工业区废水的可行性,并通过设置不同实验条件,讨论了温度、溶解氧对废水处理效率的影响。研究表明,相比于单独使用包埋颗粒或活性污泥,将两种材料结合处理工业区废水,能够显著提高氨氮和COD的去除率;温度为30℃时硝化细菌活性最高,此时对废水中氨氮与COD的去除率最高;硝化细菌作为一种好氧性细菌,通过提高溶解氧浓度可以加快废水中氨氮与COD的去除率,但是增加溶解氧浓度会导致成本上升,一般将溶解氧控制在4 mg/L,可以兼顾废水处理效率与废水治理成本。The feasibility of mixing embedded particles and activated sludge to treat industrial wastewater was investigated.The effects of temperature and dissolved oxygen on wastewater treatment efficiency were discussed by setting different experimental conditions.The results show that the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and COD can be significantly improved by combining the two materials to treat industrial wastewater,compared with using the embedded particles or activated sludge alone.When the temperature is 30℃,the activity of nitrifying bacteria is the highest,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and COD in wastewater is the highest.As a kind of aerobic bacteria,nitrifying bacteria can speed up the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and COD in wastewater by increasing the concentration of dissolved oxygen,but increasing the concentration of dissolved oxygen will lead to rising costs.Generally,the dissolved oxygen is controlled at 4 mg/L,which can take into account the efficiency of wastewater treatment and the cost of wastewater treatment.
