摘 要:探究了球头铣刀铣削工件时,主轴转速、铣削深度以及每转进给量对被加工零件表面粗糙度的影响。鉴于刀具倾斜角对表面粗糙度有直接影响,因此分别讨论了平面铣削和斜面铣削两种情况。以轮廓算术平均偏差为特征参数表示表面粗糙度,使用表面粗糙度测量仪测量轮廓算术平均偏差。实验结果表明:主轴转速越大,表面粗糙度越小;增加切削深度,平面铣削时表面粗糙度增大,斜面铣削时表面粗糙度变小;增加每转进给量,两种铣削模式下的工件表面粗糙度均呈现变大趋势。由此可得,在球头铣刀铣削工件时尽量让刀具保持一定倾斜角度,适当增加主轴转速,减小每齿进给量,有利于获得更小的表面粗糙度,提升工件的表面质量。This study explores the effects of spindle speed,milling depth,and feed rate per revolution on the surface roughness of the workpiece when milling with a ball end milling cutter.Given that the inclination angle of the cutting tool has a direct impact on surface roughness,two cases of flat milling and inclined milling were discussed separately.The surface roughness is represented by the arithmetic mean deviation of the contour as the characteristic parameter,and the arithmetic mean deviation of the contour is measured using a surface roughness measuring instrument.The experimental results show that the higher the spindle speed,the smaller the surface roughness;Increasing the cutting depth leads to an increase in surface roughness during flat milling and a decrease in surface roughness during inclined milling;By increasing the feed rate per revolution,the surface roughness of the workpiece shows an increasing trend in both milling modes.From this,it can be concluded that when milling workpieces with ball end milling cutters,it is advisable to maintain a certain inclination angle of the tool,increase the spindle speed appropriately,and reduce the feed rate per tooth,which is beneficial to obtain smaller surface roughness and improve the surface quality of the workpiece.
