摘 要:探究了多轴球头铣削加工中主轴转速、每齿进给量、径向切深、前倾角4个参数对模具钢表面完整性的影响。设计了L16(44)正交试验,将4个参数作为主因素,每个主因素下设计4个水平。结果表明:(1)增加主轴转速,表面粗糙度减小。当主轴转速小于5500 r/min时,转速越大表面残余应力越小,当主轴转速超过5500 r/min时,转速越大表面残余应力越大;(2)增加每齿进给量和径向切深,表面粗糙度变大,残余应力变小;(3)增加前倾角,表面粗糙度呈现先降低后增加变化趋势,在前倾角为30°时表面粗糙度最小,为0.47μm。表面残余应力随着前倾角的变大而增加。This study explores the effects of four parameters,namely spindle speed,feed rate per tooth,radial cutting depth,and rake angle,on the surface integrity of mold steel in multi axis ball head milling.Designed an L16(44)orthogonal experiment with four parameters as the main factors,and designed four levels for each main factor.The results show that:(1)Increasing the spindle speed reduces the surface roughness.When the spindle speed is less than 5500 r/min,the surface residual stress decreases as the speed increases.When the spindle speed exceeds 5500 r/min,the surface residual stress increases as the speed increases;(2)Increasing the feed rate per tooth and radial cutting depth leads to an increase in surface roughness and a decrease in residual stress;(3)By increasing the forward tilt angle,the surface roughness shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The minimum surface roughness is 0.47μm when the forward tilt angle is 30°.The residual stress on the surface increases with the increase of the rake angle.
