摘　　要：学前教育作为人生教育的出发点,在国民教育系统中有着不同寻常的地位。在资源配置总量一定的情况下,对教育资源进行合理分配,如科学合理的空间布局,对于教育公平的影响有着直接影响,本文以北京市海淀区为例,搜集相关研究数据,借助ArcGIS平台,使用两步移动搜索法建立数学模型,评价了海淀区幼儿园的空间可达性并分析其原因。通过分析发现,北京市海淀区的幼儿园可达性整体情况并不理想,存在较为严重的资源分布不均的现象。As the starting point of life education,preschool education has an unusual position in the national education system.In the case of a certain total amount of resources allocation,reasonable allocation of educational resources,such as scientific and reasonable spatial layout,has a direct impact on educational equity.This paper takes Haidian District of Beijing as an example,collects relevant research data,establishes a two-step floating catchment area method(2SFCA)with the help of ArcGIS platform,evaluates the spatial accessibility of kindergartens in Haidian District and analyzes its spatial accessibility reason.The results show that the overall accessibility of kindergartens in Haidian District of Beijing is not ideal,and there is a serious uneven distribution of resources.
