摘　　要：TJDJ型电力机车车顶高压设备绝缘电阻检测装置是SS7E型电力机车进行车顶高压绝缘检测,防止机车弓网事故的关键设备。目前基于该装置使用年限较长、生产厂家不断进行版本升级加密、早期版本未加密时间无法更改、在检测电阻较大范围下报零毫安(无法正常使用)、电源主板失效等检修人员无法解决的故障现象,给作业者带来了检修难题,拖延了安全生产进度,同时增加了车间安全生产成本。本文的研究是通过分析逐个故障点,精准查找故障源头,对软件、硬件问题进行解决,彻底解决上述显示故障,打破以往TJDJ型电力机车车顶高压设备绝缘电阻检测装置在检修过程中无法攻克的难题,为机车配件的检修能力奠定技术基础,节约日常检修作业的时间和成本。The TJDJ Type Power Locomotive Roof High-Voltage Equipment Insulation Resistance Testing Device is a key device for SS7E type power locomotives to conduct roof high-voltage insulation testing and prevent bow-net accidents.However,due to the long service life of the device,continuous version upgrades and encryption by the manufacturer,unencrypted versions with no time change,zero amperes reported in a larger range of insulation resistance detection,and failure of the power mainboard,which cannot be solved by maintenance personnel,these problems have brought difficulties to the operators,delayed the progress of safe production,and increased the production cost of the workshop.This study aims to analyze each fault point and accurately locate the source of the fault,solve software and hardware problems,and completely solve the above-mentioned display faults,breaking the difficulties that could not be overcome in the maintenance process of the TJDJ Type Power Locomotive Roof High-Voltage Equipment Insulation Resistance Testing Device in the past,laying a technical foundation for the maintenance capacity of locomotive accessories,and saving time and cost for daily maintenance operations.
