摘 要:为了实现工业自动化控制系统的高效、可靠数据通讯,本文通过介绍基于ZigBee技术的系统结构设计、数据通讯方法以及系统测试等内容,分析了ZigBee网络在工业自动化控制中的应用潜力。在网络设计方面,详细阐述了ZigBee网络的拓扑结构和节点配置;在系统结构设计上,提出了结合工业自动化需求的ZigBee系统架构。同时,设计了工业自动化控制系统设备节点和传感器通信协议,并探讨了数据发送与接收的通讯机制。研究结果表明:基于ZigBee的工业自动化控制系统能够实现低功耗、高可靠性的数据通讯,有效提升了工业自动化控制的效率和精度。该系统在节点通信和整体网络通讯测试中均表现出良好的性能,为工业自动化控制系统的数据通讯提供了新的解决方案。In order to achieve efficient and reliable data communication in industrial automation control systems,this article introduces the system architecture design,data communication methods,and system testing based on ZigBee technology,and analyzes the potential application of ZigBee networks in industrial automation control.In terms of network design,the topology and node configuration of ZigBee network are elaborated in detail;In terms of system architecture design,a ZigBee system architecture that combines industrial automation requirements has been proposed.At the same time,communication protocols for industrial automation control system equipment nodes and sensors were designed,and communication mechanisms for data transmission and reception were explored.The research results indicate that ZigBee based industrial automation control systems can achieve low-power and high reliability data communication,effectively improving the efficiency and accuracy of industrial automation control.The system has shown good performance in both node communication and overall network communication tests,providing a new solution for data communication in industrial automation control systems.
